For those who want to extend their athletic longevity in the sport of Tricking. The curriculum begins with a discussion of health as it relates to Tricking. Next, I discuss how a person can build the body of a Tricking athlete by drilling tricks and performing simple calisthenics. After providing strength training do’s & don’ts, I move to flexibility and mobility. Here, I provide tools for improving flexibility and mobility including stretches and exercises for developing the body from head-to-toe. After providing stretching do’s & don’ts, I discuss how an athlete can improve their progression by adopting athleticism. Finally, I conclude with a discussion of injury avoidance and athletic recovery.
